I work in an office with approximately 12 people. We would like one person
to manage an electronic office calendar that would show both internal events
(such as staff meetings) and external events (such as continuing education
events for our REALTOR members). Our goal is for each staff member to be
able to click on an icon and be able to respond to member questions about the
date/time of events. Can this be accomplished with Outlook 2003?
