Shared calendar BCM not stable

does anybody now these strange issues?
- Outlook 2003 BCM V2.0 and Small Business Server 2003
- shared calendars works sometimes and sometimes not
- shared tasks has the same unstable problems

reactivation of BCM in Outlook does not solve the problem.
