shared borders

I would like to remove all of my shared borders and create
a top border/header for specific pages only. I can't find
where you delete the shared borders feature from the
website. How do I delete the shared borders? Thanks.
 
Go to Format>Shared Borders, entire web and then make sure none of the boxes
(top, left, bottom, etc.) are checked.
