shared borders in front page (office 2000)

can anyone tell me if and how I can enable the shared borders tool (in the
format tab) in front page 2000, so I can finish my school assignment.
 
Open a website before opening any pages.

assignment.
 
I can't seem to remember so this may not be right but for 2003 (I know, you
have 2000) you can doulbe click the custom at the bottom right and that opens
the menu and you can select the checkbox for shared borders. I don't
remember if it was the same for 2000 or not. If it not, sorry, I tried...
