Shared borders content disappears when site is opened with FP2003

Hello all. I could really use a hand up if you can spare the time. I am using
FR 2003 to edit and update my retail web site (www.shadeusa.com). We are
transferring the site to a new ISP in a week or two so I have uploaded the
files to the new ISP's server. The site is in reserve here:
http://207.204.19.132/shadeusa.com . The site looks great
Except............... Each time I open the site with FP the shared border
content vaporizes. I can readily restore the borders and content with a fresh
upload from my computer using FileZilla. But when I open the site with FP the
borders crash again.

I'm going insane. I've spent the entire day trying to figure it out on my
own. Thanks for the consideration.

If you are using Filezilla to upload, then the FrontPage extensions will be
corrupted. FTP will always do this (unless you are very lucky).
Repair the extensions, then Publish the entire site from your PC to
http://207.204.19.132/shadeusa.com using HTTP in FrontPage.
