Shared Border Gone

I had had a shared border on my web site, as I went to create a new page, I
created one without the border and it got rid of the shared border over the
whole website,it auto published for some reason and now its completely
gone!!Does anyone know how I can get my shared border back that has all my
links?
 
You will need to apply you shared border again to all pages
- if it still exists your nav should be in it
- if not, you will need to recreate it again
