Shared border background color problem

Using FP 2003. IE Explorer 6.0

The website in question has a Theme applied. When I change the background
color for the shared border the new color shows up OK in Design View and in
Preview View, but does not change in the Preview in Microsoft Internet
Explorer 6.0 view. It stays white. Yes I did a refresh.

Any suggestions? Many thanks -- Sam
 
Sam, two suggestions:-

1) Delete your I.E. Browser 'Temporary Internet Files' from Tools - options
menu.

2) Several times in FP2003 I have found that changes made to colours, cell
sizes and other 'non text' changes have been changed, as you have found, in
FP Preview
but not in I.E. Browser---- When this occurs I add the odd bit of extra text
to the page (e.g. a full stop) ---- result often that page with extra full
stop can be viewed in I.E. Browser and the colour or cell size change is
there as well.
