I assume you mean that each user has a separate Windows XP login? In
that case, put the .PST file in a shared Windows folder that all users
can access, and each time a user logs into Outlook from his Windows
profile, Outlook will complain it can't find the .PST file -- they can
point Outlook to the right one (just tell them where it is). Also, make
sure each user has the same e-mail account listed in Tools | E-mail
Accounts | View or change existing e-mail accounts.

should have read:
