Share sent folder

Is it possible to share the information in the sent folder with other users
if I give permission. I have tried but it doesn't allow the exe file to
load. I fax purchase orders for several buyers over night from my computer
and they want to be able to see the activity. I am not sure how to handle
this.

Share the folder the faxes are stored in. Then your
co-workers can just use any TIF viewer included with their
OS. Most versions of Windows come with a TIF viewer.

Which OS and version are you running the fax software on?
Windows Server, SBS, etc. If you are running Server 2000,
Server 2003, or any of the workstation fax solutions you
can't share the fax interface.

We use SBS 2003 and can provide access to the faxes through
a Sharepoint web site. I suppose with the right
permissions you might be able to see all the faxes in the
shared fax printer on each workstation but I have never
tried it.
