We are running excg. 5.5 on our network 200 users. I have a user that has
office 2002, on an xp prof machine. He has been using the calendar, and inbox
in his pst and not the one on the server. How can i have his calender thats
in his pst shared out so his secetary can access from her pc so she can make
changes to it. She is running xp pro, with office 2002. He has it setup this
way because he isn't always connected tothe network, so he needs to see and
update his calendar.

Change the delivery location to the mailbox (,psts cannot be shared) and
create an Offline File for him to use when not connected. Migrate the
personal folders to the exchange mailbox by opening both locations and use
drag and drop to populate the exchange calendar.
