Share personal distribution list within your organization

I have a personal distribution list that I want to share with a coworker.
How can I export the list and send to the coworker so that they can upload
the distribution list. I am able to save the dist. list as a .msg and email
to them and they can open, but how to do they save the list to their personal
distribution list?

Create a new Rich Text message and drag your DL to it to attach it. Send
the message.
