How I can share Outlook folders with two computers ?

I need to share all folders, mails and contacts in these computers.

It depends on the version. Repost your question in an
Outlook newsgroup and state the exact version you use.

Not natively possible if you don't use Exchange. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm but note that the more
appropriate group is microsoft.public.outlook, as Pegasus indicated - make
sure to mention your
version of Outlook whenever posting in there.
