I would like to put the OE exe out on the network drive
and let two independent users run the program at different
occassions but I want them to see the same mail and
contact info. It seems that when I put the exe on the
shared drive, there is still some local files that drive
the identity of the user. So, is there a way to access
the exe from two different computers but see the same
content?

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Here is the link for the right forum

Good Luck!

OE is not designed to run on a network.

Yes it is otherwise it would be hard to collect mail :-)

OE is not designed to communicate with the Exchange service.
