Hi
We have a smallish network with one 2000 server and 2000
pro clients. It's set up as a workgroup with shares on the
server. Each clients logon details are replicated on the
server and if they have permision to use a share their
logon is made available under the share. In otherwords
when they log onto their home machine, the server allows
them access to their shares with no further logging in
required. If a user try's to log onto a share for which
they don't have permision they get an access denied
message. What we would like to see is a logon screen
appear and if they can supply a suitable password then
they be allowed to access this additional share. Is this
possible and how?
Many thanks,
Gary.
