It seems to me this should be easy but alas! I give up. I've set up a "Departments" share which contains folders for each department in the agency. Permissions are assigned to corresponding groups. Everything is fine in terms of users accessing only what they're supposed to. What I can't seem to do is make all folders within Depaertments invisible to a user except for those to which they belong. In other words I'd like to map everyone's G: drive to Departments and have the Nursing department only see the nursing folder, the Food Service folks only see Food Service, and so on. If a user is a member of multiple departments (or groups) they would see multiple folders. I did this quite easily using Novell Netware 4.11 at my last job. Is it even possible with W2K? I've played around with it and surfed Technet. I'm open to suggestions.

So far as I know, this is not possible with WinNT/2K/XP.
