Printer redirection is enabled by default.
The port the printer is attached to is redirected, and, if the correct
printer driver is available at the host, that printer should be set as the
default for the session, and it all just works.
Some USB ports are not redirected by default, and if the printer driver is
not available at the host, a message should appear in the system event log
of the host machine.
Drive redirection is available if you are connecting to an XP or Windows
server 2003 host--click Options, Local resources in the Remote Desktop
Connection software to see how to select this.
Once selected, you will be prompted about the security risk when connecting.
Once connected, open My Computer on the host machine to see the client
machines drives listed after all other drives. Drag and drop.
