Favorites are just a collection of links in a folder, you can share it like
any other folder. You can find a folder for each user using the "Search for
files and folders" method and you will find you can access it using Windows
Explorer like any other.
My suggestion would be to use something like "Synctoy" or "Filesync" to
leave the folders where they are and periodically synchronise them, you
could use a network folder on an "Always on" machine on the network but if
that ever goes down I don't know what effects this may have on the other IEs
in the system.
I actually did this by changing a registry setting but most MVPs probably
won't recommend it in case it damages something later on.
A Google search for centralized favorites turned up this which looks
interesting.

I am just installing it to see what it breaks
