Share contacts ?

I am running exchange 2000 and want to share a contacts
list between two workstations. How do I set this up? step
by step. I also want to share a calander.

This is so two people can have the same info for contacts
and calander.

As your Exchange administrator to set up an area where you can create public folders. You can then use File | New | Folder to create a contacts and a calendar folder. Assign permissions through the Properties dialog on the folder.
