Share calendars via group policy

Is there a way to share all users' calendars via group policy? Or does anyone
know a better way to do this?

Why would you want to? What one person has on his or her own calendar
should be available to someone else on a need-to-know basis only.
 
My Boss has given me the task of doing this....I dont know why he wants to do
this he just wants to force people in our company to share their calendar via
a GPO or something similar...
I have trwaled the Net loooking for an answer....there must be a way of
doing this via reg Key.
or delegate groups to ceratin users to view them?
any ideas???pls plse plse
