share business contacts manager

With Small Business Server 2003 is there a way share your business contacts
from business contact manager to other users of SMB and will the links attach
to them.
 
I am going thru the samething, the best I can read is the you must use
Excgange Server (which cimes with SBS). This will allow you to share your
contacts.
