How did you create it?
1. You could have created it via tools|customize|toolbars tab|New.
2. You could have created it by attaching it to a workbook.
3. You could have created it by building it on the fly--via code.
If you did the first, then this toolbar would be stored in your *.xlb file
(where excel stores toolbars). The bad news is that if you share your *.xlb
file, you'll destroy his/her customized toolbars.
If your friend hasn't customized the toolbar, you could search for *.xlb and
copy it to a common location (floppy disk network if you have to).
Then you may be able to have your friend just double click on that *.xlb file.
Excel will start and your toolbar will be the one used. When excel closes,
it'll save it to where it's supposed to be saved.
(This seems to work nicely in xl2k and higher. But in xl97, I used to create a
dummy toolbar on the recipients pc, close excel, find the *.xlb file and then
put my *.xlb in the same location (renaming it if I have to).)
If you did the second or third, you should be able to share the workbook.
Jan Karel Pieterse has posted some nice instructions for attached toolbars:

If your new toolbar is used with macros you've created, you may want to look at
John Walkenbach's technique for adding items to the worksheet menubar--it's real
slick.
