share a new calendar with a different name

I have created a new calendar called soccer schedule. How do I enable my
assistant to view this from her outlook account on the exchange server.

I have already given the correct permissions.

All the parents of the folder must have at least Folder Visible and then the
proper permissions on the folder itself.
 
Correct permissions meaning that you have given root permissions to your
Outlook Data file?
