I have created a customized global template which I want to let my wife use
on her copy of Word on another computer. How can I do that?

You will find some background on templates at
http://www.gmayor.com/Template_Locations.htm
In this instance copy the template and place the copy in the Word startup
folder of your wife's computer. Name it something other than normal.dot to
avoid confusion.

Copy your template to her Word Startup folder. See
http://addbalance.com/word/movetotemplate.htm for step-by-step instructions
on moving / sharing / copying customizations including AutoText,
AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments, macros, etc. For more on the different
kinds of templates and locations of templates folders see
