Shadowing Remote Desktop

I have a Windows 2000 Advanced Server that is running RDP. How can I have one
of my colleges shadow me while I am connected to the PC via RDP? When I am
logged she cannot see what I am doing. I want her to be able to watch me so I
can train her on some of the software we have installed on that server.

AFAIK you can do this with the /console switch on Windows 2003
server but not on Windows 2000 server. You may have to use an
alternative product such as WinVNC.
