I have created a presentation in PP 2004 for Mac. I set up the heads to have
a shadow effect. On my screen, they look great, but when I email it to my
client (who is NOT a Mac user, but PC) they aren't shadowed at all, but
appear 100% opaque and also look bitmappy. I used the font Ariel because
pretty much everyone has it, so I don't think it's a font problem. Any ideas?

Make use of the compatibility checker on the Mac. Soft Shadows are one of
the things that don't translate well back to the PC side. (Unfortunately - I
think they look much better than what we get on the PC side.

Sorry :(

if we live without making a difference, it makes no difference that we lived
