Having problem when i log out. The "sgtray.exe" do not
answer and i have to shut it down manually. What to do and
whatis sgtray.exe anyway?

its probably part of veritas storage guard which could get
installed as part of Backup Exec Desktop or Backup Exec
Desktop Pro

reinstall, or uninstall if you dont use it (add/remove in
control panels)
