sfc question

where in the registry do you change the default source location for the sfc
files (I386 files)
I want to change location from cd drive to hard drive location.

.... Launch Regedit
.... Go to :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup
.... On right side, double click "SourcePath"
.... Change that to the path where you have your i386 folder



^Notes:
1. To Launch Regedit, Click Start > Run > Type regedit
2. Don't include the i386 in the path.
Example: If you have the files in "D:\Idone\i386", then change the
SourcePath to "D:\Idone\" not "D:\Idone\i386"

Are you sure it's not already ON your hard drive? It should be.
