2. unable to remove a virus in the autoup.exe.

3. Natually auto update is not working

4. How do I replace the file containing autoup.exe.

5. In general how do I replace lost system files and
drivers without a system restore.

program?

Reinstall whatever program it came with.

System restore doesn't replace files, it reverts your system back to a
previous configuration. If you want to replace files, there are a number of
methods, depending on what files and/or what you're trying to accomplish.
