1. Unable to do a system restore.

What error message or what symptoms?
2. unable to remove a virus in the autoup.exe.

Delete the file
3. Natually auto update is not working

?? Why "naturally" Or maybe the question would be auto update for what
program?
4. How do I replace the file containing autoup.exe.

Reinstall whatever program it came with.
5. In general how do I replace lost system files and
drivers without a system restore.

System restore doesn't replace files, it reverts your system back to a
previous configuration. If you want to replace files, there are a number of
methods, depending on what files and/or what you're trying to accomplish.

Not a chance. If you want personal, one-on-one technical support, this isn't
the place for it.
