It is Outlook 2003. I cannot find a "version". When i am in Outlook i go to
the lower left hand corner and click on "contacts". There i have built up
about 150 contacts with names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
All of the personal ones are just fine but on several Business Contacts
instead of being listed alphabetical they appear at the front of the "A's".
For example, the very first one is "Pipeline, Inc." When i open it the word
"Pipeline" is in the Full name slot. I find that when i delete that so it is
blank and just have "Pipeline" in the Company slot and the File as slot then
it leaves the place in front of the alphabet and goes into the "P's" where it
belongs. This happens with all of the errant Business contacts that are out
of place. BUT THEN, after a few minutes, with no activity on my part at all,
the reapper, out of order, and in front of the alphabet once again. I have
tried a half a dozen times to put them back in order but the same thing
happens.

Still completely unclear.
To what view are you referring?
How are you defining the difference between Personal Contacts and Business
Contacts?

Russ, what do you mean "to what view are you referreing?? I never mentioned
anything about a view. A Personal Contact is "Smith, Mary". A Business
Contact is "Ajax Corperation". They are both in the Contacts part of Outlook.

If you can't understand this, just give me a phone number so i can call
someone up and talk to them in person.

Of course you never mentioned anything about a view. Have you any idea now
many different views of Contacts Folders there are? And your distinction
between "Personal Contact" and "Business Contact" makes no sense. That's why
no one can understand your question. Are you referring to Outlook's Business
Contact Manager?
I give up.
