setwbv.dll is missing

Hi,

When I run the rundll32 command (shown in the end) to fix my registry
and IE problems, I get a message complaining that setupwbv.dll is not
found. Then I try to run System File Checker (Sfc.exe). It finishes
without giving any message. I assume every system file (missing or
corrupted) is back to its original one. Then try to run the rundll32
again. But still, it complains that setwbv.dll is missing. Is
setwbv.dll not a system dll? Where should I download it? Your help is
much appreciated.

Hi Tony,
Try to re-register this dll and see if it will be successful or not by
opening a run command and type in:
regsvr32 Setupwbv.dll click [OK] reboot your machine and try the repair of
IE.

You receive the "Error loading Setupwbv.dll" error message when you try to
remove Internet Explorer

Hi Tony,

Hi Nass,

I cannot register Setupwbv.dll since it is not in my PC at all. I think
I need to download it from the Internet. As I mentioned, I ran System
File Checker (Sfc.exe) but it doesn't get the missing Setupwbv.dll back
to my system. After I get it from the Internet, I will try to register
it as you suggested. I did google it and see some download site for
Setupwbv.dll but didn't know which version of it I should download for
my IE 6.0. I think MS should have more information about Setupwbv.dll.
