setwarnings - message suppression

I've seen many macro references to setting a "SetWarnings/No action"
to supress messages from like from a make table query action

however i'm unable to create this action
Setwarnings isn't in the action dropdown list
how do I create this action in a macro?
is Setwarnings an argument for some other action?

I'm using Access 2007

By default, Access 2007 only shows macro actions that are Trusted.
