By a) making a network boot disk or b) using a PXE compliant NIC and a RIS
server.

Network boot discs are unique for every NIC type and use tcp/ip to connect
to a dhcp server, obtain address and then net use to the share with the I386
directory. You can then run winnt with appropriate options over the network
or ghost a syspreped image over.
