setup stationery

I am trying to set up a stationery for my business e-mails, it basically my
word document (letterhead) When I add the template (word document saved as
web page) , I then continue all steps. All looks fine, then I click on new
mail, and you can't see anything, except a little red cross in the left hand
corner.

I have tried saving this word document in all the different possibilites,
but I can't get it to open unless it's saved as a webpage, but then it's not
visible. What the heck is wrong? I am a new user to microsoft outlook, I used
to use outlook express, and it was darned easy to use and setup stationary.
I have tried everything, can somebody point me in the right direction???

Place the pictures on your companies webserver and edit the source of the
stationery to retrieve the images from there. This way you keep the message
size as little as possible and you give the receiver control over whether or
not the images are being downloaded (think about slow or expensive
connections or mobile devices).
