setup report to base it off "list" of forms in database

I have many forms.

such as:

Step1_Grievances
Step2_Grievances
Prefile_Grievances
Stewards_Roster


is there a way that I can run a report that pastes the desired form into it
(versus' having to recreate each complex form as a report) and have it
populate based on the forms data (that is retrieved based on query).

I know this sounds messed up, but I would hate to have to "re" create each
form into a 'report' so i can print out the same information that the form
already has. (if possible i would like the report to give me the ability to
select the form it will be based on from a list or checkbox or something
like that.

any ideas or help would be great,

Try right-clicking on the Form in the database window and then doing a Save As.
You can save the form as a report. This may do most of what you want in terms
of "re-creating" the form as a report.
