I have 2 computers with Windows XP Professional. They are not networked, but
both are plugged into a basic hub for sharing the Internet. The modem is
plugged into the "main" input plug, with each computer plugged into its own
output plug.
This has them sharing the cable Internet connection just fine, and I don't
need them networked for sharing files etc, but I would like one of the
printers to be shared. Maybe a 2nd printer, but 1 for sure.
BOTH printers are USB, only.
What are the basics for doing this--WITHOUT disrupting what's already there?
Would a printer/server do this? What is a good make of printer/server if
this is so?
