I have about 150 user who ned to start using Outlook. We have AD and I am
using GP to manage the users/network. Is there any way to setup a user's
outlook profile using regedits or Group Policy? We use a POP3 mail account.
Any suggestions???

Thanks,

You cannot do this with simple registry editing or group policy (at least not without a third-party policy tool, such as Policy Maker). Instead, you can use the Custom Maintenance Wizard to create and deploy a .prf file that contains the correct settings. If the POP account name matches the AD alias, then this will be a simple operation. Otherwise, you may need to run a script after you run Maintwiz.exe my.cmw to install the .cmw file's settings, with that script modifying the installed .prf file accordingly. For details on the CMW and PRF files, see the Office Resource Kit.

Note that microsoft.public.outlook.installation is the correct forum for this sort of issue.
