setup of contacts

How can I put multiple names on one contact card and use all the names for
mailing labels?
 
Please explain more clearly what you need to do and why.
I cannot imagine any scenario in which a user would need to create a Contact
Record that refers to more than one Contact. Why must you? How would you
expect a mail merge to work in that scenario?
 
Thank you for your time. We are a refrigerant recycler and we also do
recovery work in several chemical plants here in South Texas. We are
building a database with all of the plants information. We would like to
send information to several people in one plant. (Warehouse Mgr., Purchasing
Agent, Mainten. Supr.). We would like to be able to include all of these
people in a mailing without having to enter the plant's information over and
over (addresses, phones, etc)

I still see no reason to try to create a Contact Record that includes more
than one person. I know of no PIM program that would use such a scenario.
Why wouldn't you use Outlook's "New Contact From Same Company" option to do
what you want?

Thanks for your help. This is the first time we have undertaken a project of
this size and I was hoping for a method that would keep us from data entry
burnout. We have one last question, when we use the "New Contact From Same
Company" option and there is a physical address and a mailing address the new
contact does not bring over the second address. Is there a way to resolve
this?

Not that I've seen. Only the mailing address is carried over.
