setup newsgroups

before I reinstalled my os I had newsgroups set up and was subscribed to a ms
works newsgroup. now I can't figure out how I did that. can someone inform
me on setting up outlook so that I can subscribe to newsgroups?

Hi,
do you use Outlook Express as Newsreader?
Open it | Tools | Newsgroups
there you can choose the NG you want
 
HELP.... I have been using outlook express for a very long time for my
newsgroups.. well all of a sudden it is not delivering messages to my view
panel when I go to view them... I know there are items there but they won't
show... What set up has been deleted.. I can't try and figure this out
anymore... Also I would like to have all the messages marked as read and
deleted when I exit the newsgroup
