I work in an environment with one domain but multiple
subnets. I need to setup a Win2k Server for an office on a
different subnet but would like to do it here on my subnet
to make sure everything is working before I ship it to the
other office. That office doesn't currently have a server
but accesses our Internet and email from other subnets.
What is the best way to setup the server here in my subnet
then ship it to the other office without causing problems
with Active Directory, etc. I will also be configuring a
second server with Exchange for the remote office. Any
adivce is appreciated.

Thanks,
George

George,

It would really depend on your network infrastructure. Are you using
private (nonroutable IPs) on your internal network?
