Is there a way to setup Outlook via a script?
for example to add mailboxes for exchange or POP, IMAP, etc

Thanks
Eric

Use the Custom Installation Wizard or Custom Maintenance Wizard from the Office Resource Kit to create and deploy a .prf file containing mail accounts and other mail profile settings. Outlook will process the .prf file as a script.

Thanks, it's there no easier way?

Outlook profiler seems to be not a well written program.

If I try it to install on a german windows, the installer chooses a wrong
path -> bad sign, not very trustful

This is the only supported method. I can't imagine it being much easier, especially given how complex mail profiles are.

There are third-party tools, of course.
