Windows XP Setup is being restarted...............

Hi, I have a Win XP Home system in which a repair was attempted but afterwards this screen appears and does not go any further. I have the HDD in another system (this one I am posting this thread on now) which is a Win XP Pro SP2. I have access to all the folders and files on the slave drive (from the other system that is displaying the message); any ideas how to correct this???
 
What do you mean "Setup is being restarted"? Do you mean the boot up routine at the turning on of the computer is constantly looping?
