setup ical in google so the google calendar

I have followed the directions to setup ical in google so the google calendar
will sync to my outlook 2007 but at the last step the ical address will not
take when paste to outlook /account/internet address and run a seccessful
setup. Any help out there?
 
What does the Google help files say about this?
