Hey Aydin,
You can not "skip" the setup process at this point.
What type of media are you using to install the OS?
is it CD? Retail or OEM?
Can you use another CD (or OS installation source) and see if the same
problem occurs?
Do you have any USB devices still connected to the PC at the time of the
installation?
- If so, remove them before starting the PC and then see if the problem
occurs.
If the problem still occurs you can try removing any extra hardware
devices.
- ie Sound card, network card or anything else that you do not need.
Except for the video card.
