SETUP ERROR- when new account or oppurtunity

I get a SETUP ERROR-"Failed to load resources from resource file. Please
check your setup" when I try to make a new account or oppurtunity in BCM.
When I click "OK" on the error it shuts down my Outlook.
 
Hi

Try doing a detect and repair of Office from add / remove programs and check
if it resolves the issue
