setup correct protocol, server & numbers

I am using MSN Premium and have Outlook installed. Under Tools > E-mail
Accounts > Next > Change > More Settings > Advanced: My settings are:
Incoming Server (Pop3): 110
Outgoing Server (SMTP): 25

When I TEST SETTINGS I get an error message: "Outlook could not connect to
the Outgoing or Incoming Servers."

To what should I change the above settings to make Outlook work?

Thanks Hal; your suggested web site page gave me the answer I needed to get
Outlook functioning. There may still be a hangup on the OutBox not sending.
I will check that out and respond.

I worked on the OutBox hangup and resolved the problem. I just had to change
my default to my corrected account. Outlook is now working fine. Thanks
again Hal for your prompt and accurate recommendation to help solve my
problem.
