During a w2k install attempt I get something like following error
message:
Setup cannot create folder \c:
I'm certain that it says "\c:", otherwise the message may not be 100%
accurate.
Context:
2 FAT32 partitions
Dual boot system
W98 (was) installed on c:
Working w2k install on d:
Chose to do a clean install (not an upgrade), but without formatting c:
Before installing I renamed the following folders to prevent potential
clashes with the new w2k installation: C:Windows, C:\Program Files
I'm reluctant to format c: to see if that helps as it contains a lot of
data that would be hard to backup.
Any clues as to what's going on?
