Setup and Deployment Projects

Hi
when i want to deployment and setup projects for win form then
an error happen at start:

Microsoft Development Environment has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Error Detail:
An unhandled exception has been caught by the VSW exception filter.

hal shod dadash ye seri cd jadid nasb kardim dorost shod.
I reinstall old version of Microsoft .net 2003 and install a new version
then this problem solved ,
Mr.Chrooktash and Mr Mostafa helped me.
