POPS

I have my settings to notify me when updates are
available. It never does. Yet when I look for updates
they are available. Why am I not notified??? POPS -30-

I don't know--this function works for me.

I've got one machine set to notify, rather than on automatic, and I do get
notifications.

I don't know whether this involves a different executable which might be
blocked by a third-party firewall which controls outbound traffic.
