Setting up windows mail

I am trying to setup and run Windows mail, but can't sent or receive e-mail,
I've setup like I did outlook express and other e-mail programs but it just
will not connect to the Internet. Does anybody have any idea how to correct
this problem? Other than that this their works fine, but this is really
boggling my mind! Sometimes these upgrades, can really Bogle one's mind. So
if anybody has any ideas and can help I would appreciate it. I don't see
anywhere, windows has a place where we can contact them with these problems.
Outlook express was working OK and don't understand why they had to change
it? Windows and mail would be great if it did not have so many bugs Bill
Gates, should not have released this new operating system, until he was sure
it would run without flaws.
I appreciate any help, anyone could give me.
 
Instead of wasting time on a tirade against Bill Gates, you'd be
better served by detailing the error message you are getting.

Yes, we would probably know how to correct the problem if you spent the same
amount of space accurately describing the problem as you do bitching.
 
I would like to thanK, all of you give me any help with the problem I had
with windows mail. And when I can see you all are a bunch of idiots! And
the only reason you couldn't give me an answer is because you don't know
anything. But I figured out, got it to work. So you know where you can put
this discussion area, I thought I explained my dilemma pretty well. I take
it most of You that join in these discussions, must be high school kids ! So
keep avenue and fun kids, the I was your mother and father, I would not be
very proud of you!
