setting up to make copys of dvd covers form web site

I had pwerpoint set up once for size and with to make dvd covers from the
internet and my pc crash and i lost everthing how to set it up I now how to
transfer them to put getting them to the size and withd I forgot how to do
it so I could use a little heilp. so please help me

PowerPoint isn't the best program for this, but if you have no other better
options:

Draw a square
Rightclick it, choose Format Autoshape and on the Size tab, manually set the
height and width to exactly what you want (the size of the cover, in this case)

Create your cover within the square.

When you go to print, make sure you remove the check next to "Scale to fit
paper"
